Hunter Knife

Description

Hunting knives are traditionally designed for cutting and usually have a single sharpened edge and a honed point. They are larger blades than the traditional pocket knife and many have a curved portion intended for skinning and a straight portion intended for slicing or cutting meats. Some Hunter knives may also incorporate a Gut Hook at the tip, though these are most often used by fishermen. While Hunters come in both folding and fixed styles, the fixed blade is considered to be preferable for larger knives or for larger game such as elk, deer, bison, or bear.
